Cancellation Policy

The 7-Day Rule

If you cancel with more than 7 days notice, you don't lose your money. We can move your deposit to a new date (one time only) as long as it's within the next 3 months.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

If you cancel less than 7 days before the shoot, you lose the deposit. Period.

If you just don't show up or cancel on the actual day of the shoot, we will send you an invoice for the full amount of the session. We reserved that time for you; someone else could have booked it.
