1. Professional Conduct
All modeling sessions are strictly professional. Any form of harassment, inappropriate touching, or solicitation will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and potential legal action.
2. Usage Rights
The standard session rate covers personal and portfolio use. Any commercial usage, advertising, or third-party distribution requires a separate written buyout agreement and additional fees.
3. Payment & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking. The remaining balance is due in full at the commencement of the session. We accept cash and major digital payments.
