1. SCOPE OF WORK

The Model agrees to provide life drawing and figure modeling services for the duration of the booked session. This is a strictly professional artistic practice. No photography, videography, or any form of image capture is part of this service.

2. ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION — NO RECORDING

Photography and video recording of the Model are strictly prohibited without prior written consent. This includes cameras, phones, tablets, smartwatches, hidden devices, and any other recording equipment.

All personal devices must be stored outside the session space for the duration of the session.

3. EXCEPTION — PRIOR DISCLOSURE REQUIRED

If the Client requires a device in the room for reasons unrelated to the session (e.g., medical necessity), the Client must, prior to the session commencing, declare:

• Who has the device.
• Where it is physically located.
• Its purpose and whether it is capable of recording.

The Model reserves the unconditional right to refuse the device's presence and to require it be placed outside the room or in a secure, unreachable area. This right requires no justification.

4. SAFETY & PHYSICAL BOUNDARIES

The Model maintains absolute control over their physical boundaries at all times. No physical contact is permitted unless explicitly agreed in writing prior to the session. The session will be terminated immediately if the Model feels unsafe, if boundaries are crossed, or if an undisclosed recording device is discovered.

5. BREACH & CONSEQUENCES

Any violation of Section 2 or 3 constitutes an immediate and material breach of this contract. The Model may terminate the session without notice and without refund. The Client may be held liable for damages under applicable privacy and civil law.
